Need help with land deals and need buyer I am new
I have two land deals that the owners are ready for me to put them under contract, but I am new to real estate investing and do not really know a lot about how to wholesale a land deal. I am looking for someone to help me and I will split the commissions and I am looking for buyers. My primary research shows that we can get both of these land deals at 50% of what they are worth.
