Newbie from WI...looking for hard money lender in WI.
Hey all...been reading, and reading, and reading this website for few months now. What a great source of information. Anyways I think I have found my first possible deal and am looking for a hard money lender in WI for a single-family residence under 100k. Anybody have any connections? Looking to purchase the property, do some minor repairs, and put back on market. House is a foreclosure. Thanks!
