What is a creative way to sell a residential land

Hello,

i bought a property from another tax lien investor in Bessemer Alabama. I tried to flip it on Facebook and through an agent and I listed for really low rate but still had no luck. Anyone has any suggestions on creative way to sell the property? I'm not looking for a big profit. It's because I don't live in that state and made it harder to maintain.

Did you try seller financing? How much are you selling it for?. What type of lot is it? Is it even buildable? Many lots in tax liens are in areas that are either not buildable or in really bad areas where it makes zero sense to develop.

You can also contact several neighbors and see if they want to buy it. Other than that, it typcially comes down to price, but also remember land does not sell as quickly as a typical home.

Is it a tax certificate, a tax deed or a tax lien? What year was the auction? Any answer depends first on knowing the answer to those questions, because all the rights are different depending on the answers.
