Sell it to another investor?
Sell it on the open market?
The other agents that I've used for the purchase of my properties are either not acceptable or not available. I'm now in the market to find a great agent on the south side of Indianapolis and I'm trying to decide if I should market the home to other investors or just to the general public.

Maybe its a way to shop around for another agent if you have more business in that area. Yes, both your approaches have their pro's and con's. It just depends on what criteria fall in the pro vs con column...
Most of the properties we sell are to people that are looking for a place to live. Since values have likely increased since you purchased the property it may not make sense to an investor. I would just open it up to any buyer so you can get the best deal possible. The Southside has grown significantly so it's attractive for a lot of reasons.
