In Los Angeles you can now sell or buy an ADU. Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? What are some of the potential pros and cons of a homeowner selling their ADU? https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml...
Does it create an easement? I would think it would lower the main residences value.  Thoughts?
