Anyone know anything about a company called Federa Inc?  website is www.federa.com

it looks like they sell foreclosed and pre-foreclosed properties?  is this a good way to buy a property at a discounted price?  anyone buy through Federa INC before?  What has your experience been like?

****I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM****

This has been my experience so far with Federa.  I made my deposit which of course was very easy and fast as money is going in to Federa.  I made offers of several properties, waited and monitored the countdown for the live auction to begin which never actually happened.  Called Federa, got aupport person Emma who always seems to be the person answering calls.  She said the bank cancelled the auction.  However this keeps happening.  There was another property where I was waiting to participate in the auction, the counter reached zero and it says live auction will begin soon, again nothing ever happened.  I navigated away from this property to browse others, when I came back to this property it said LAST PRICE: $245000.00.  I called and of course Emma answered again and said there was a "system glitch".  This is always the answer they give to anything.  I've never seen ANY auction begin when the countdown reached zero.  Now I'm trying to get my money back, transferred back into my bank. They say this can take 30 days, yet I see complaints on BBB and the App Store for Google and Apple where people have not gotten their money back yet even after several months.

I have contacted my bank and they said you have 60 days to file a dispute from the date of your DEPOSIT not the time you request the transfer back into your bank.  Since the 30 day refund policy will still be within my 60 days the bank said wait the 30 days for the refund and if it is not refunded come back and fill out an affidavit for the dispute.

I also was able to speak to a realtor on Zillow about a property he listed for them for auction.  He said he no longer will list properties from them as there are missing details and words regarding the property.  On BBB (Better Business Bureau) an agent states he never got his commission.

It is always some form of excuse with these people.  Bottom line, initiate the transfer of funds from Federa back into your bank account and contact your bank immediately to initiate a dispute.

If anyone actually got to partake in an auction or got their money transferred back into their bank, I'd like to hear from you.  @Marc Shin@Pancham G.
