Hi there - I'm an investor new to the Indianapolis Residential Market and I was looking to network with active Residential Investors. With the market in a tricky place, I was curious how other investors were financing their deals - Is anybody still financing with Cash / HM? If not what financing are you using?

Hey Jackson,
As far as most of my investors, most of them use cash or various hard money lenders. I will say I am only in the fix and flip or the flip and hold market. Would love to connect with you.
