Is there value in one bedroom property?

Hi, Recently I hearing about the idea of renting out one bedroom units, do you think there's value in starting out with one bedroom properties? The value is in equity right, so does it even make sense to buy one bedroom unit for future investing? Will one bedrooms hold it's value as a resale?

It all depends on location . I have one small 1 bedroom in a nice neighborhood on 1/3 acre . As a rental it cash flows beautifully .  The neighborhood is mostly 3 bedroom houses . The land is worth more than the house . Its small , so less maintenance . And it always rents because there are lots of single people needing a place .
