I attend many meetups and have not met any wholesalers in my area hitting it out the park bringing great deals? 

why are most failing or so few trying? Are there out of state wholesalers focused on this market?

@James McGovern There is a website called "InverstorLift.com." It is a place where wholesalers put up deals. I have seen a few in CT.
