Looking for a exit strategy for a unique set of waterfront short term rentals

Hello, I am new to this group.  I am 63 and interested in retiring, and so I am looking to sell a high end short term rental business in Maine.  It is comprised of three year round treeehouses and two hobbit houses on a pond in southern Maine.  If you search Porposely Lost Maine you will find my website and see the properties.  I was thinking this would be a good candidate for an investment group or a private equity firm looking to increase their real estate exposure.  Any ideas on the best way to reach out to such people?  Thanks
