In the current housing market, what is the feasibility of buying a home when you have a home to sell? Our realtor advised us that sellers want cash only offers. Is this truly how the current market is or are there other approaches we can take?
It's very doable to be contingent to sell and buy. It is area specific so if the area is consistent with multiple offers you may get beat out a ton. Obviously all sellers love cash but the reality is you don't have to do that. Agent probably doesn't want to deal with the process.
