How to structure a rent to own/ owner finance contract?
I am looking for advice on how to structure a rent to own contract. The house is a 3100 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 bath house in the pine mountain area of Georgia and I am looking to get $435,000 which seems to be a very competitive price for the area. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I was thinking a %10 down payment and 5.5/6% interest with my taxes and insurance included in the payment.
