Ways To Find Properties

Long ago, when I was first starting out, (30 years ago now) we had to use our noggins to figure out where to find properties that no one else knew about. Since the internet wasn't really much, it was a different approach to finding properties "Off Market" (or was it)

Do you know you can pay $20,000 less for a house when there isn't a real estate agent? That's what buying "Off Market" does for you. You save paying a realtor's fee. Do I recommend not using an agent, well "yes, sometimes". When you can fill that position, why should you pay someone to take your place? Since you found the property, shouldn't you benefit from the effort?

The market has been changing and if you are not getting the results you need, try a few of these. Here are some ways, some are no longer viable, but some are simply forgotten by others and still work for me. I made my first million from this list.
