Condo for sale in Naples fl

Have a condo in Naples fl 3bd 2 bath that I want to sell. I would rather keep it but HOA allows only seasonal rentals. I just moved to Kansas and not sure what I should do?

Its a little strange that they only allow seasonal rentals. Normally, they only allow annual rentals and not seasonal rentals or make very strict guidelines around seasonal.

It’s weird. I want to fight it so I can try rent it out yearly but I’m not sure it that’s possible.
