Look into single-family multi-family investment information and or guidance. Or to join an amazing team. I have been working in commercial property maintenance and most recently supervising all maintenance and facilities for a 65 unit property. I think my skill and experience would be effective in rehab and managem or rehab and flip. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated

You can reach out to other management and see what they have available. If you are wanting to go out on your own getting your license and managing property would be a good step. Another business idea is starting a handyman business. For investing yourself you can look into house hacking. That can be a 2-4 unit or maybe you can do a live in flip.

For sure have those ideas on the plate. The maintenance services business for myself is in progress waiting on my llc to get set up right at this time. I wouldn't mind being contracted to facilitate rehab upgrade work on s project to further my experience. Are there people here looking for what i can offer on this part.
