Is Montgomery’ worth investing in?

I'm local to the Montgomery area. I've generally avoided Montgomery because I use to work for the city and I know the problems of Montgomery. But is it work buying property in? My goal is to obtain a 3rd property this year but unfortunately SFH outside of Montgomery aren't good investments anymore. Montgomery has a lot of multi family homes I would love to get into. It would be great to find a local real estate agent that is trusty worthy. Thanks all
