what to do when getting a deal from owner finacing
hello biggerpocket. i found a property with owner finance, i'm offering what the seller is asking wich is $88,800, i asked the seller whats the interest rate he is charging and he said 0 with $10k down what do i do next in this case, do i hire an attorney or a agent. this is my first time doing this
