Who is buying resorts
I am looking to speak with people who buy small resorts and or motels. I am in talks with multiple owners looking to sell resorts and motels. I want to purchase the properties myself but am unsure how to underwrite a resort and often times the properties are in disrepair and or not even operating as a resort. So it makes it challenging to use owners numbers as they are for a non-functioning resort. Looking for anywhere in the US, but specifically the Minnesota and Wisconsin markets
