I'm a local short-term rental property manager interested in connecting with agents that have experience owning and selling short-term rentals in Chattanooga. Agents need to be on top of the regulation here since it's unique and understand the mindset of a STR investor and the factors that truly matter in acquiring a property to turn into a STR. It's so different than a typical residential home purchase or long-term rental.
