I'm curious, if others are in a similar position as I am. As AI continues to advance and as a first-time investor looking to purchase a long term rental, I'm curious what tools folks use to help improve their investing journey? I am working on building my own GPT for analyzing properties, but I'm curious if there's other ways others have leverage AI.
