Second duplex purchase in the works, But...
Hello all. I am working up my second property purchase, and the sellers are listing it as FSBO. I asked about bringing in my agent, and they said they are not interested in dealing with one. They did say that I could pay all commissions and any fees if I must use the agent.
My question is, how do I proceed without an agent? This is new territory for me. I am not even sure how I would make an offer.
Thoughts?
