Condo investment- Waterbury ct
Does anyone on here have experience renting out condos to section 8 tenants. I was just looking at the prices and there is a condo for $135,000 3 bed, 2 bath. Section 8 would give $2,400 a month. This almost seems too good to be true can anyone let me know what they think. I am just starting off so I am new with a lot of this
