We bought this house in 2020 for $70,000, we put $65,000 into the rehab. We have gotten $73,800 in rent since then. We just sold it for $240,000. Was it a good deal?

Mike, that is a strong deal. You forced appreciation, generated solid rental income and exited with a significant profit. That is exactly how you build wealth in real estate.
