Need a title company

Hi all, Can you recommend a title company that deals with investors in oh ( if it matters cleveland, oh ) ? I tried Ohio real title llc and they keep transferring me to an agent who never calls back and never answers. Thanks in advance

I have a couple Ohio options I work with that are great with investors. Feel free to send me a DM and I can make a connection for you with either a national one (grid151) or an Ohio/Cleveland based one (Ohio Real Title)

Reach out to Walter Devene at "Title Now" tel him I snet you over great guy Nationwide coverage, they are super fast and can get messy issues cleaned up.

Is there a reason you don't use a National company like First American with a Cleveland office? Actually, 2 or more it looks like... Most have all the services you could need from QI's for a 1031 to mobile Notaries. I've sold numerous local properties that had out of state owners, never any issues. Double closings too..

What is it that you're trying to do? Do you have a deal that is ready for escrow?

  They're ignoring you because you represent a waste of time to them. Pretty much every title company will do the same.

  You've got nothing to offer them. They provide escrow services and title insurance to people buying and selling real estate. You don't have that.
  You have nothing other than a goal to get started in a business that has a 99% failure rate. Why would they allow you to take up their time?
