Sell my Rental Property to Tenants without an Agent

What are your thoughts on selling the property to the current tenants without a realtor? I don't have any knowledge in selling a home...

You can sell without a realtor but make sure to use a good title company to handle the closing and rest of the transaction.

@Lina Vezzani-Katano If you already have a willing buyer in your tenants, selling without an agent can save commission costs. However, if you have no experience selling a home, I would at minimum recommend hiring a real estate attorney and obtaining a comparative market analysis to make sure you are pricing the property correctly. The biggest risk selling on your own is leaving money on the table or making a costly mistake during the transaction.
