Hello everyone. This forum is a blessing as I have learned a lot from all you good people. I am starting as a newbie wholesaler in the inland empire. I was wondering if active investors in the area can guide me where should I be focusing on as a newbie in the market of today that would be fruitful. Also I would ask the investors in the area to tell me what exactly they are looking for, their price range and how to acquire such leads so we can work together in achieving success. Thank You.
