Looking for a good real estate agent in Milwaukee WI

Hi everyone,

I've been reading up about Miwaukee for a while now and ready to visit the city and learn more about different neighborhoods and pockets.  I'm going to a conference in Chicago next week and thinking about driving up and meeting with an experienced investment real estate agent and possibly looking at some properties.

My goal is to buy 1-2 properties this year.

    can you let me know if you found a good Realtor in Milwaukee area ?! i have been looking around for a while and ready to invest as a buy and flip in the area?!

    There are a few decent agents here on biggerpockets.

    Some work in Class D- ( high crime ) and extremely old area properties.

    I personally only look to work with clients who are:

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Ready, Willing, Able, and Most importantly Realistic
