Buyer's Agent that invests in Real Estate. Is this the best move?

It has been said many times that it is best to find an Agent that also invests in their own properties as well. I'm just curious to know whether anyone believes these agents might ever be tempted to keep good deals for themselves?

They will be in the market, but they can't buy everything.  If you can find that rare unicorn of an agent in your area that also OWNS rentals, be their friend for sure @Sean Salandy!
