Seems more research I do, people are talking about Cleveland, Dayton, Toledo, and Cincinnati for investments. Not so much Columbus. Anyone have any feedback or experience with purchasing rental properties here? If so, how has the experience been? Returns? Which area's to avoid?
I'm actually flying out next week to check the area's myself first hand. Still would like to hear the community's input.
Columbus & Dayton are great locations because the interstates connect them to other markets within 2-3 hr drive or less. Big college town & state capital
