I would like to know what the wholesalers market looks like in Southeast Michigan? If anyone out there has been on either end of this I would like to hear your story.

@Ted Tackeberry, I have always bought my property with

out a wholesaler but in the last week I have changed that and have been looking to network with some wholesalers. From what I have found, there are some good ones out there, but you have to be ready to deliver if they send you a solid deal.  The key is to be as specific as possible with what your criteria is for a property.  From area and price range of the home, all the way to style and if you are looking to flip or hold.

The key is to not be a secret if you are looking to invest, network, network, network.  Let your friends and family know as well, you never know if a co-worker or friend is trying to unload a home.

    Hope that help.

@Ted Tackeberry, there are quite a few active wholesalers in our area. There are also several REIAs that hold regular meetings. (A web search will reveal many of them.) Wholesalers can be found at every meeting.
