Looking for flippers or investors for a house I have in Lancaster.  House has been a rental since 2009 but I need to sell it.  Not in great shape but all cosmetic.  Does anyone have a contact in the Lancaster area that I can contact to sell this property to who is interested in flipping?

Thanks so much for any help you can give.

I may be interested, or know someone who is. May I call you to inquire about the details?
