Hello.

Can someone help me where to buy real estate contracts used by realtors in illinois so I can make offers?

@Marilou R.  You can use the contract and just leave the "Agent" "Office ID" blank.  I would advise that if you are sending offers into other agents on your own that you ask them to represent you and you may have some more motivated agents to present your deal.  Or simply send an offer and tell the agent that:

"I am comfortable with you representing me as a Dual Agent or I am happy to sign off on any other non agency disclosures you need me to sign off on in order to move forward with you presenting my offer"
