probably 8-900/month. We just had a unit in a building on 80th and Hampton get shot up. There's plenty of carjackings and robberies in the area. Most of the sfrs that we have in the area are pretty stable, the multis can be headache, kicked in doors, bedbugs, evictions, ect.
