Does anyone in Las Vegas know of a investor friendly Attorney that can help put the contracts together for a "subject to" transaction that will be seller financed.?
Hi Sareh. Although an attorney is certainly a way to go. Sometimes not really needed if your deal is pretty straight forward. Subject to's are not terribly complicated. A good title or fellow Las Vegas investor can probably get you a template and then maybe you send to an attorney for a review. Much cheaper that way instead of having them draft the agreement.
