I know you have not done a detail on this but these may still be useful in the pre-analysis stage to determine moving forward. You don't have to put a whole lot of work into looking up crime, employment, comps, etc.

Have you looked up the taxes and other information from the jacksonville municipal sites?
Also, realtor.com has a feature on their page that if you put in your address for sale/rent you can click on the link of the neighborhood. This opens another window that has anything for sale or for rent in that area, thus narrowing down your search to just that area.

What area of town is this in? There are areas of Jacksonville I would be wary of.
This does look to make about 1.5% (for those that like that 1-2% rule). But again, location is pretty important in Jacksonville.

@Daria B.@Joshua Gordon Yeah its a low crime neighborhood. But schools are below average ratings. That zip has median price of 110k, so I was hoping people familiar with jax areas would be able to shed some light why this property is so cheap. I am not too attracted to sub-100k homes.
