Hi I am looking for recommendations for a good real estate attorney who practices in north Jersey, Hudson, Passaic or Essex counties would be best Thanks
I was very impressed with Sandra Rizzo in Jersey City. We ended up going with an "in-house" set up instead of going with her for a recent transaction, but she is definitely the kind of attorney I wished I had when I made my first purchase. She does RE exclusively, has over 20 years of experience, her fees were straightforward and reasonable, and from all the information I gathered she runs a effective, efficient (small) practice.
A slightly larger practice that many in BP recommend with much enthusiasm is Goodson Law based in Montclair. Chris Goodson and his team seem to do all aspects of real estate law. I've never worked with him, though.
