I'm a realtor and wholesaler in Queens Nassau and Brooklyn. I also use other strategies to invest in real estate. I'm just starting to see what property management is like as well. Meeting like minded people is always great Im willing to do a meet up in Brooklyn the first week of May contact me if you would be interested in a Brooklyn meet up. I would also like to meet some partners that may want to do a joint venture I would like to expand to Baltimore MD Charlotte NC Atlanta GA Miami and Orlando FL as well as Austin TX and Los Angeles CA.     Hi Derek, welcome to BP! I'm new to BP as well and new to Real Estate Investing. However, I do have S bit of knowledge as I have worked on the mortgage side in several areas for the last 10 years. I would definitely be interested in being your eyes and ears in the Atlanta, maybe on the wholesaling end.

    Hi @Account Closed. I'm also here in Brooklyn and have a 3 family. However, I lived in Austin for 13 years and still rent out my SFR. I have a great reference for handyman services. He also has real estate contacts down there. Happy to talk sometime if you like.

    hello @derek Moore I'm an AC tech/ handy man located in Miami FL. I'm brand new to the investing world and plan on buying my first live in multi family (or an sfr if the price is right) within the next 6 months.
