This would be my first virtual wholesale deal. Does anyone know of a wholesale friendly title company out there?

What if the OH Regulators are watching? Is the Wholesaler Licensed? Or, taking title first?...

Hey Steve, you can also try Old Republic Title Company. I did my last wholesale deal with them. Ask for Shelly.
