Hello All, 

I'm a designer and builder and interested in finding a multiplex building in and about Mid City of Los Angeles... i have a list of zip codes for anyone interested. I'm looking for a property that's in rough shape so I might build it out myself and live in one of the units. I'm keeping an eye on the MLS but thought i might throw out the request in case any wholesalers are working in that area and looking for a buyer. Or if anyone has some advice on how i might go about finding such a property outside of the MLS it would be much appreciated.
