Hi all. I'm looking at a deal the came through in Cleveland. It is a SFH located in Kamm's Corner, Zip is 44111...house is on Bidwell. The analysis looks good, but the zip's crime rate rating is very high from my research. I've never purchased in Cleveland. Can anyone give me the low down on this zip and area? Thank you.

AJ Sherman the neighborhood you're looking into would not be referred to as Kamm's Corner by the locals.

44111 stretches from w 100th St to Westpark and past Kamm's Corner. Kamm's Corner is the neighborhood close to the Lorain Rd and Rocky River Drive intersection.

The eastern part of the zip code has a higher crime rate and older homes, not so desirable. The solid neighborhoods and SFRs will fall west of w 150th St.
