Best real estate markets now and in the future?
What are the best markets right now for real estate? I have sold several properties in my area (Idaho) and am looking to re-invest in some buy and hold properties. Real estate has gone way up in this area and the returns are low at the moment. I know that Texas is hot as well as parts of the midwest. If you had some cash to re-invest where would you go? I am looking for steady growth and a good rate of return.

I would look at demographics. Florida and Texas look strong. Where is everybody moving to? What are the growth states? Where are the new jobs being created?
