Hey Guys,

So I would like to get the BP family to drop a line on this topic. If you are actively investing and/or wholesaling in these New Jersey markets, let me know your thoughts..

I think both of these markets are slightly over prices as of today! How about you guys?

Anyone closing 3 deals  or more a months in these markets? I'd love to hear from you. Lets chat!!!

Hi Corey,

There are still good deals in those two markets. We have many investors that are seeing success in those two areas and are getting deals funded with us. I hope this was helpful. We can always talk more if that is a place you are looking to invest in.

    Hey @Mark Callazzo,

Thanks for the reply. My reason for the post is due to a lot my fellow investors & wholesalers always saying this. I wanted to see if it was true. I have tons of wholesale deals in nj. The funny thing is, yes, I'm looking to acquire some new investment properties for myself. I will need funding. Is there an email to contact you? Thanks.

    Corey,

I believe the areas you are targetting have major potention in the long term.  As NYC keeps growing, neighboring cities will grow as well as support hubs.  State and federal agencies already have major infrastructure overhauls under review that are intended to support the growth of those particular areas.

    Good luck!
