Which BP Podcast Episodes Should a Wholesaler Listen To?

Hello all,

I've been doing more work on getting out and wholesaling for myself. I've gained confidence through posts on here, videos on youtube and podcasts. I want to listen to the BP podcast some more as I know they have some great info. What episodes would you guys recommend listening to for anyone looking to learn more on general wholesaling and marketing? Thank you very much!

Honestly all of them. Wholesales and flips aren't that much different. Only trash I say all of them is because you get a bigger picture of the entire scope of real estate instead of seeing it just from a wholesaler eyes. Because even as a wholesaler you are either going sell To a flipper or a guy who buys and holds. Even then what if you decided that you wanted to use your wholesale money to get into either of the other two.

Listen to the ones with Sharon Vornholt (sp?) and Michael Quarles. They have some pretty interesting info. But like Elbert said, they're all really good.
