I am wondering if there are any buy and hold investors looking for properties in Ocean County NJ. Brick, Beachwood, Toms River Areas? I have not met many others from this area and would like to start networking with some investors working these areas in New Jersey. Thanks, Ryan
You just found one :-) I buy and hold in Brick and Toms River. I am also licensed agent with KW Shore Properties in Toms River. I became an agent to get better access to properties.

Tomasz Banas Condos, SFR, and even a multifamily if you can find one I would be interested in. 3/1-3/2 in the 1,000-1,500 SQFT range. For flips, where ever a profit stands to be made.
