Busy week closing 4 rentals! What do you look for in this many?
Our investment holdings continue to grow at a great click. But am now closing 4 maybe 5 properties in 7-10 days, asking for advice on what to look out for when purchasing this many? Anyone have good system building advice or lessons learned? We are pretty analog right now.
