As anywhere, those of us having the most trouble are those of us who are not educated. So, we don't know what we need to learn, how to solve the "unsolvable" problems, etc.
Most problems have solutions: deals, leads on deals, money, team members, etc. You just need to learn what solutions are available to solve those problems.
... or, perhaps, a more useful paradigm would be to find ways to deal with the challenges.
