Looking for Multifamily in Minneapolis
I just sold a duplex in Minneapolis, made some decent money on it, and now would like to use the proceeds to find another multifamily property in the area. Is this the best place on BP to network for a deal like this? I would like cash flow, and don't mind rehabbing (just not condemned). Also I would like a decent area - not North Minneapolis. Thanks.
