Looking for Multifamily in Minneapolis

Looking for Multifamily in Minneapolis

I just sold a duplex in Minneapolis, made some decent money on it, and now would like to use the proceeds to find another multifamily property in the area. Is this the best place on BP to network for a deal like this? I would like cash flow, and don't mind rehabbing (just not condemned). Also I would like a decent area - not North Minneapolis. Thanks.

Didn't find one yet? Did you try craigslist? I've seen a few on there.

Here is your other post on the same subject. You can just post again on an old thread to bump it to the top again.

Good to know Sam. Thanks. It seems like most of the multifamily properties on the MLS are complete cr*p or are WAY too much. Craigslist will be my next stop.

In my opinion you need to find something other than MLS properties. I haven't found any good deals here on the MLS either.
