I am in the market to purchase a single family home in another state (Texas). My real estate agent (buyer's agent) said he's going on vacation for a week. What if I want to view homes then, make and offer, and purchase a property? Can I view the home myself and can they submit an offer to to the seller electronically? Can I purchase the home while my buyer's agent is on vacation?
It's only one weak, right? If you were to put in an offer on something it could be done electronically, or someone from the office could chip in while your agent is away. I always have coverage if I'm away.
