Hello fellow Bronx Investors,

I currently have a 2 family in Parkchester and closing in on another 2 family next week. Please send me a request if you are an investor in the Bronx area and looking to build a network where we can share ideas, tenant horror stories, contractor info and support for each other.

Looking forward to hearing from the community.
